Gretchen Marcey is a founder, investor, and mentor. With mentees in the hundreds, she focuses on helping people leave a lasting legacy while building generational wealth.
Her favorite investment strategies focus on raw land development, property rehabbing, short and midterm rentals, sober living environments, and commercial apartments. She has used real estate and creative financing skills to start other businesses including a tech startup called Kindred Cloud.
Kindred Cloud is focused on making private cloud management automated, fast, and simple. They help companies of all sizes modernize infrastructure management so that private clouds have a public cloud feel and functionality. This also allows clients to keep their data out of the hands of third-party companies.
Gretchen would like to present her journey into the world of entrepreneurship and the various challenges that women in business face.
